Prior to joining Carlton DiSante & Freudenberger LLP, Mr. Berk was of counsel at Atkinson Andelson, and also oversaw a prominent private immigration practice in Irvine, CA. Prior to going into private practice, he held management positions with United Parcel Service, Northwest Airlines, and Maersk Line.
